Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using Summy Garden Studio you agree to this policy.
When you upload or capture a selfie, it is processed to generate your professional headshots. Face photos may be considered biometric-related data. We process your photo only to create the headshots you request. We never sell your photos, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.
Generation is performed via a third-party AI image service (Google's Gemini API). Your selfie is sent securely to that service solely to produce your headshots and is not retained by us for training.
Generated headshots are stored in your account so you can access them from your dashboard. You can request deletion of your account and associated images at any time by contacting support. Source selfies are not permanently stored on our servers.
We store your name, email, credit balance and generation history to operate your account. Authentication and data storage are provided by Supabase. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe processes them under its own security standards.
Essential cookies keep you signed in and track your credits — the service cannot work without them. Optional analytics cookies help us understand usage and are only set if you click "Accept all". You can choose "Essential only" at any time.
Depending on your location (including UK GDPR and Hong Kong PDPO), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Summy Garden Studio generates AI professional headshots from a photo you provide. Credits are purchased in one-time packs; further generations require credit packs.
You may only upload photos of yourself, or of a person who has given you explicit permission. You must not upload photos of other people without consent, celebrities, or any unlawful content. You are responsible for how you use the images you generate.
Credits are bought in one-time packs. One credit is one shoot of 30 finished photos. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Purchases are processed by Stripe.
AI results vary. If a shoot clearly fails, email us and we will re-run it at no cost. Section 6 sets out the wider quality guarantee, under which we review your shoot and may also issue a refund.
Do not attempt to bypass credit limits, misuse another person's likeness, or use the service to create misleading or harmful content.
Every credit pack is covered by a 30-day quality guarantee. If your photos do not look like you, or are not of a professional standard, email us within 30 days of purchase describing the problem. We review the photos your shoot produced and put it right: normally a free re-shoot, and a refund where the results genuinely fall short of a professional standard. Reviews are carried out by a person rather than automatically, and the outcome is decided case by case. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights, including any right to a remedy where digital content is not of satisfactory quality.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
